FAQ
- How long will it take to ship out my order?
- Any orders that are received will take about 3-5 business days to ship out. I will regularly be posting shipping updates on my instagram (@gensillust) and will be sending emails with tracking numbers once the order is shipped.
- Where do you ship from?
- Our shop is based in Texas
- Does my order include tracking?
- Orders placed in our shop (except sticker, photo card and mini sticker set only orders) will include tracking. The tracking number will be included in an email that will be sent out when your order is shipped.
- Please note that sticker, photo card and mini stickers set only orders will NOT include tracking and will instead be sent out via stamped letter mail
- My tracking number says that my item has been shipped but I haven’t received my order yet
- It can take around 5 business days to receive your order within the US after it has been shipped. If you have not received your order after a month and are concerned that it might be lost, please contact your local USPS. Once the order is shipped out we are no longer responsible for lost packages
- Do you ship internationally?
- Unfortunately we do not ship internationally just yet
- Do you do returns, exchange or refunds?
- Please note that orders are final after they have shipped and that returns, refunds or exchanges are not accepted. Also please double check and make sure that your address is input completely and accurately so that items will not get lost in transit
- I made a mistake, can I cancel or change my order?
- If an order has already been shipped out, we can no longer cancel or change the order.
